Add a calculator feature for common calculations like:
- Salt ratio calculator
- Weight to volume calculator for common ingredients
- Others?

Include Priming Sugar Calculator. For beer, and research more to see how it applies to Kombucha.

Added conversion calculators in the recipe/batch detail and in the batch create page. Full app to come.
